Acceptance of Terms
By using the services of Ignition Motor Services, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

Quotes & Estimates

 Quotes provided are valid for  days from the date of issue.
 Final costs may vary if additional issues are discovered during repair.
We will always contact you for approval before proceeding with any extra work.
Verbal quotes are estimates only. Written quotes are binding for 7 days.

Payment Terms

Payment is due in full upon completion of service.
– We accept cash, bank transfer, and FPS (Faster Payment System).
– Cheques are accepted by prior arrangement only.
– Parts ordered specifically for your car may require a deposit before ordering.

Liability

– We are not liable for pre-existing mechanical issues uncovered during repair.
– We take utmost care, but we are not responsible for inherent failures in aged or worn components.
– Vehicles are left at the owner’s risk regarding theft or damage due to circumstances beyond our control.
– We recommend comprehensive insurance for valuable or classic vehicles.

Warranty on Work
– Parts installed by us carry the manufacturer’s warranty (typically 6-12 months).
– Labor is warranted for 30 days from completion, unless otherwise stated in writing.
– Warranty is void if the vehicle is modified, raced, or serviced elsewhere after our work.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong SAR. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Hong Kong.
Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms of Service occasionally. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
